Grandma Bartos' Cream Cheese Jello Mold

1 lg. Cream Cheese
1 c. Boiling Water
1 c. Cold Water or 10 Ice Cubes
1 lg. Jello, any preferred flavor

Cream cheese until smooth. Add jello and cream until very smooth. Add boiling water a little at a time. Add cold water or ice cubes until melted. Put in any 3 cup jello mold or small serving bowl. Chill overnight or at least 6 hours.
